For the dumplings with chocolate filling, melt butter, mix with semolina, curd, eggs, flour, lemon zest and salt to a dough. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.

Shape this dough into small dumplings, place Lindor balls on the center of the dumplings. Then form the dumplings, wrapping the Lindor balls around them.

Put salted water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, put the dumplings in the boiling water and let them steep for about 12 minutes. Heat butter in a pan, add breadcrumbs and roast until golden.

Remove the dumplings from the water, drain and roll in the butter breadcrumbs, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
