Instructions:

For the Dürüm, start by sautéing the garlic and onion until golden. Then add the spinach and season with salt and pepper.

Then generously cover the Dürüm with the mixture, sprinkle with mozzarella and cover with the second Dürüm.

Then bake the Dürüm on both sides without oil until golden. Finally, drizzle with a little sour cream and enjoy!
