A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Sprinkle oat groats into the cold milk, bring to the boil while stirring on 3 or automatic heat 12, cook on 1/2 or automatic heat 1 to 2 for about 10 minutes, add lard and syrup, stir well and cool completely. Add flour, groats, eggs and spices to the oat groats form and stir until a smooth, thick dough is formed. Leave the dough to rest in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days with the lid closed.
Skin the spreadable sausage, cut into slices. Grease a waffle iron with the bacon rind, heat. Spread a small ladle of batter evenly in each waffle iron, shape 3 slices of sausage spread on the batter, bang the iron together and bake the waffles. They should be eaten warm.
