Mix curd cheese, eggs, 2 tbsp. sugar, vanillin sugar and salt with the whisk of a hand mixer. Mix flour and baking powder. First stir with the whisk into the curd mixture, then knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer until smooth. 2.

Using 2 tablespoons, place 9-12 heaps of dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in heated oven (electric oven: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 15-20 min.

3. 3 minutes before the end of the baking time, brush the rolls with condensed milk and sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Remove the rolls and cool. Serve with butter, honey or jam.
