Instructions:

Beat butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and flavoring until fluffy. Add the yolks little by little.

Beat the egg whites. Gradually add the granulated sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Add the beaten egg whites to the butter mixture.

Mix flour with baking powder and pudding powder and gently fold into the batter. Stir in the milk briefly.

Pour the batter into an Easter bunny mold and bake at 180 °C hot air for 30 minutes.
