For the Easter Bunny cookies, first put the flour on a baking board, beat the egg in the middle, spread the butter in pieces on the flour. With a kitchen knife, chop all these ingredients well. Then add the remaining ingredients and quickly knead everything with your hands. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Then roll out thinly and cut out bunnies. Bake at 180 °C for about 10 minutes on a baking tray sprinkled with flour or lined with baking paper (do not let them get too dark). Remove and let cool.

In the meantime, mix the icing from lemon juice, water and powdered sugar. Color some of it pink with food coloring. Melt the chocolate.

When the cookies have cooled, use the pink icing for the ears and nose of the bunnies. Use the white icing to pipe on the cheeks. Dab on chocolate for the eyes (for example, with a toothpick).

Let the Easter bunny cookies dry and serve.
