Instructions:

Cut the eel into pieces about 8 cm long and place them in a buttered oven dish. Between them, place bay leaves and slices of ciron. Spread the remaining butter evenly over the fish and roast in the oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Finally, season with pepper and season with salt and garnish with dill.

Serve with boiled potatoes and leaf salad in season.
