Instructions:

For the egg and honey cake, beat flour with eggs, salt, sugar and milk until smooth. Then bake pancakes from the dough in a little hot clarified butter. Mix honey with lemon and orange juice.

Put 1-2 tablespoons of honey sauce on each pancake and layer them on top of each other. Serve the egg and honey cake with fresh raspberries or other berries.
