Bacon is cut into small cubes and fried in a spoonful of fat. On top of it put the chopped onions and saute until translucent. The sausage, cut into slices, is browned in it. Eggs are beaten in a suitable bowl, salted, pepper is added and beaten until creamy. Pour them on the bacon-sausage mixture. When the eggs are fried (they should not become too dry), they are put on a platter and sprinkled with hot paprika.
