A great cake recipe for any occasion:

1. preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix baking powder, flour, cornstarch, vanilla sugar and fine sugar. Add eggs, oil and eggnog and mix with a hand mixer until smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased, floured cake pan (2 l capacity) and bake in a heated oven for about 1 hour.

Take out the cake, let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, turn it out onto a cooling rack and let it cool around it.

4. cover the cake with the liquid cooking chocolate. Let cooking chocolate become firm and offer cake.
