For the eggnog cake, beat eggs and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add eggnog and oil and continue to beat until fluffy.

Mix baking powder and cinnamon with flour and fold in. Pour into a cake pan, muffin tin, or for Easter, lamb or chicken shape and fill only halfway.
