For the eggnog cake, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Mix the oil and eggnog and slowly stir into the egg mixture.

Finally, gently stir in the flour sifted with baking powder. Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake the eggnog cake at 175 °C (hot air) for about 1 hour.
