A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Mix confectioners’ sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until creamy. Stir in oil, eggnog and the sifted flour mixed with maizena (cornstarch) and baking powder.

Bake in a large cake pan at 175 degrees in a heated oven for about 60 minutes (cover with aluminum foil if the cake is too brown).
