Instructions:

For the egg pasta, cut the turkey ham. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the ham briefly.

Add the pasta and heat through. Whisk the eggs with pepper, herb salt and salt and pour over the pasta, let it set and turn it often.

Serve the egg pasta with chopped chives, grated cheese and green salad.
