For the egg rolls, lightly toast the sunflower rolls. Beat eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cut ham into small pieces. Heat butter in a pan and and fry ham, pour eggs over and finish frying.

Then cut the egg mixture into quarters. Cut the buns in half and spread with butter. Put the cucumbers on it and put the egg dish on top. Cut the chives into small rolls and sprinkle on the rolls.
