Instructions:

For the egg salad, first remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Also dice ham and gherkins. Cut chives into small rolls. Cut eggs into slices.

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix with the remaining ingredients and let the egg salad stand for at least 30 minutes before serving.
