Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Hard eggs in about 10 min, rinse when cooled and peel. Drain kidney beans, hominy and tomato bell pepper strips well.

Rinse tomatoes, remove stem, dice tomatoes. Cut salami slices to taste. Cut cooled eggs into slices. Put everything in a large bowl.

For the salad dressing, stir together vinegar, tomato ketchup and seasoning ingredients. Slowly add oil and whisk to form. Rinse and dry parsley, pluck leaves from stems and chop. Add to salad dressing form, season to taste. Pour sauce over salad ingredients and mix gently.
