Instructions:

Cover the baking tray with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 230 degrees.

Mix the marzipan paste with the powdered sugar. Mix with the egg yolks until smooth (*). Put the mixture into a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle and pipe bear-shaped paws, rosettes and ‘S’s onto the prepared baking tray. Cover with cherries, nuts or pistachios and bake in the heated oven until golden brown.

(*) The same quantity is used for the mulled wine talers.
