Instructions:

Grate the cold, peeled potatoes like rösti. Knead with the flour (without liquid) to a dough and roll out about 1 cm. Cover a coated baking tray with it.

For the topping, mix cheese well with whipped cream, eggs and onions. Season with ground pepper and spread evenly on the cake base. Sprinkle with bacon cubes. Bake in the oven heated to 190 °C (convection oven) for about half an hour.
