Instructions:

For the elderberry gratin, wash and crush the elderberries. Beat the eggs and separate them. Mix mascarpone with egg yolks, sugar and cinnamon and spread evenly in small baking dishes. Cover with bread crumbs and spread the elderberry puree evenly on top.

Sprinkle with sugar and more bread crumbs. Put butter flakes on top and bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 5 min.
