Instructions:

For the elderflower dessert, crush the butter cookies and pour half into prepared glasses. Mix the yogurt with the elderflower syrup. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and fold it in.

Divide half again among the glasses. Roughly puree the berries and possibly add a little sugar if they are too sour. If you like, you can leave the berries whole.

Also layer half in the glasses. Again cookies, yogurt and berries in the glass and put a little cool.
