For the endive salad with potatoes, first boil the potatoes. Endive lettuce, wash, clean and cut into half cm wide strips. Soak the lettuce in cold water for about 30 minutes. Let the potatoes cool down.

Make marinade from remaining ingredients. Peel and slice the potatoes. Spin the endive dry, mix with the potatoes and marinate.
