Instructions:

Cut each pear into 8 slices. Remove the core. Sprinkle with a little juice of one lemon. Arrange two slices on each plate.

Warm honey slightly in a small pan at low temperature. Drizzle over the slices as desired. Cut epoisses into pieces. Place next to the slices. Sprinkle with pepper.

Epoisses is a very aromatic, piquant soft cheese from Burgundy, is made from milk and has a fat content of 50% in dry matter.
