Exotic Chicory Salad

Instructions:

Rinse the chicory, cut in half and discard the wedge at the bottom.

Cut the chicory leaves into strips. Peel the orange until the white skin is completely removed. Fillet the flesh. Remove the skin from the kiwi and banana and cut them into slices. Dice the flesh of the peeled half of the mango.

Remove the skin from the fresh dates with a pointed kitchen knife. Cut the fruit in half, remove the seeds and divide into quarters.

Place in a large bowl with all remaining ingredients.

For the dressing, stir together mayo, yogurt and curry. Season with Tabasco, juice of one lemon and grated lemon zest and pour over salad ingredients. Mix and sprinkle with the red pepper.

Serve with baguette.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
