Stir through honey and lime juice. Peel persimmons and kiwis. Cut persimmons into wedges, kiwis into slices. Peel fresh lychees. Cut pineapple into quarters, perhaps remove flesh from peel. Peel banana, cut into slices. Roast in hot fat, turning until golden brown. Arrange fruit and drizzle with lime sauce. Decorate as desired.
