Instructions:

Rinse orange with hot water. Grate peel and squeeze out juice. Peel kiwis and cut into slices. Peel mango, cut fruit around the core into slices about 5 mm thick. Peel banana, cut into slices, sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Rinse the lychees, mix with the other fruits, add amaretto, sugar, juice of one lemon and half of the orange juice, mix well.

For the sauce, roughly crush the marzipan, put it in a tall container with the remaining orange juice as well as the milk and finely mash it with a hand mixer.

Spoon two tablespoons of sauce onto shallow plates and arrange the fruit salad on top.
