For the Exotic New Year’s Eve Goulash Soup, seed and finely chop the chili pepper and cut the lemongrass stalk in half lengthwise.

Wash and dry the bell bell pepper, cut in half, remove the core and cut into small pieces.

Dice the goulash meat bite-size and fry it together with the peeled and diced onion and garlic ud the paprika in the sesame oil.
