For the spelt porridge, boil the spelt flakes in the oat milk and simmer a little with the goji berries, mulberries and barberries, sweeten with agave syrup.

Sprinkle in the spelt flakes, grate in a little of the tonka bean and pour into a cereal bowl or deep plate.
