Coat the venison fillet with the hoisin sauce, let it soak in a tiny bit. Cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Spread out the pastry sheets, place a venison fillet in the center of each, and form a few glass noodles on top. Brush edges of dough with egg and press well until smooth. Fry in hot oil for 3 to 4 min until golden brown. Serve with seasonal vegetables, which get their Far Eastern touch from soy sauce and coriander greens.
