For the zucchini soup, chop the onion and fry in sesame oil until translucent, grate ginger and fry briefly, add chopped zucchini and garlic.

Add about 1/4 l of water, add lemongrass whole, pour in coconut milk and bring to a boil. Then add Bouillon Pur or vegetable soup cubes.

Add chili powder, salt, pepper and simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Then remove lemongrass and puree with blender.

Stir in finely chopped cilantro.
