For the fairy sticks beat butter, sugar, VZ and egg until fluffy. Mix hazelnuts, flour, baking powder, cornstarch and cocoa and fold in to form a dough. (let rest for about 1 hour).
Now form the dough into finger-thick rolls and cut into pieces about 4 cm long. Bake at 175 °C for 15 minutes. Dip half of the finished sticks in chocolate coating.
