Instructions:

For the Fanta cake, first prepare the batter.

For the dough, beat the eggs with the sugar until nice and fluffy and pour in the vanilla sugar, oil and Fanta (be careful, it might foam because of the carbonic acid).

Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Pour the dough onto a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 20 minutes.

Allow the base to cool and then spread with jam. Cut the fruit into thin slices and place them on the cake.

For the cream, whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and add the sugar first, then the sour cream and yogurt. Carefully spread over the fruit and chill for at least 2 hours!
