For the farfalle with tomato and mushroom sauce, finely chop the onion and garlic cloves and sauté in olive oil. Add the mushrooms cut into slices and let everything stew well.

Add the strained tomatoes, season with lovage, basil and chili powder and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook farfalle al dente according to package instructions and serve with the hot tomato sauce.
