For the farmhouse bread, knead all the ingredients well for about 10 minutes and then leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

Then knead well and put in the form in which you want the bread. Either shaped or put in a loaf pan let rise again for 30 minutes.

Bake the farmhouse bread at 200°C hot air for 60 minutes. If you divide the farmhouse bread, then reduce the baking time.

Test the bread by tapping it to see if it is done. If the bread sounds hollow, it is ready.
