For the Fat Burner soup, first bring the water to a boil and dissolve the soup cubes in it. Then steep the tea bags in the hot, but no longer boiling soup. Add the soy sauce.

Cut off the ends of the lemongrass and remove the outer peel. Cut lengthwise into shavings. Peel and thinly slice the ginger and add both to the soup. Wash and halve the shitake mushrooms. Add to the soup and simmer gently for a few minutes. Now let the bean sprouts steep in the soup for a few minutes. Do not add to the soup.

Pluck the coriander leaves from the stems and chop the chili pepper. Add both to the fat burner soup.
