Instructions:

For the fennel salad, clean the vegetables, finely chop tender green.

Wash dill, shake dry and cut finely.

Cut fennel bulbs into thin slices.

Peel onion and chop finely.

Mix dill with fennel slices, onion, 2 tablespoons orange juice and the olive oil. Add salt and pepper.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and crème fraîche with the remaining orange juice.

Peel the garlic and press it through the garlic press into the cream. Mix again and season to taste.

Pour dressing over fennel salad and sprinkle with chopped fennel greens and dill.
