Feta Au Gratin with Jackfruit

Remove the cheese from the package and place in a baking dish.

Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices. Wash the bell bell pepper, remove the stem, seeds and white inner skins and cut the flesh into thin strips.

Place the bell pepper strips and onion slices around the feta. Drizzle olive oil over the whole and season with pepper to taste.

Spread the Greek (with olive oil, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper) seasoned jackfruit on top of the feta. Flatten the garlic cloves in their skins with a knife and place one on each side of the baking dish.

Sprinkle the whole with the dried rosemary and cook for about 35 minutes at 190 °C in a preheated oven (top and bottom heat).

To serve, decorate with the rosemary sprig.
