For the feta bacon packets, place the feta cheese on one end of the bacon. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dried Mediterranean herbs.

Roll up the bacon and twist in the two ends so that everything looks like a pack or candy. Now fry well in a little olive oil on all sides so that the bacon becomes crispy and crunchy.

Meanwhile, prepare and marinate the salad. Arrange the packets on the salad (approx. 4 – 5 pieces per portion), sprinkle with fresh herbs (and possibly flowers) and serve as an appetizer.
