Cut the feta into 1 cm cubes and place in a shallow dish together with the cocktail tomatoes. For the marinade, mix olive oil, lime juice, green peppercorns, chopped parsley, chopped sage, ground coriander, salt and pepper. Pull off the hard strings from the celery and cut celery into small cubes. Stir into the marinade with the chopped garlic clove. Pour marinade over feta and tomatoes and let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Arrange in glass bowls or deep plates.
