Instructions:

To prepare the feta in hazelnut breadcrumbs with cucumber salad, first prepare the cucumber salad. To do this, wash the cucumber and finely chop. Mix the remaining ingredients to a marinade and mix with the cucumber.

Cut the feta into coarse cubes. Chop the hazelnuts. Beat the eggs.

Heat enough vegetable oil in a saucepan (do a cooking spoon test). Dip the feta cubes first in the egg and then in the hazelnuts. Fry and place on paper towels to drain.
