Try this delicious pasta dish:

Chop pancetta and onions with a chopping knife. Heat the olive oil. Saute the mixture in it for two minutes until the pancetta becomes translucent. Chop the basil and add with the parsley. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Stir the sauce often.

Add a little water or beef broth as needed. The sauce must not be watery, but viscous (creamy).

Make the fettuccine ‘al dente’, serve, sprinkle with pecorino, pour the sauce over it, mix well and bring to the table.
