Instructions:

For the fiery celery soup, remove the leaves of the celery and wash the celery thoroughly.

Then cut into pieces about 1/2 cm in size. Melt the butter and fry the celery pieces briefly, then add water.

Bring to the boil and cook the celery until firm to the bite. Then remove 3 tablespoons of the celery with a ladle. Puree the rest of the soup with a hand blender.

Mix flour with whipping cream and stir into soup. Season to taste with salt, chili powder and green parsley.

Serve the celery soup and place the celery pieces on top.
