For the fiery vegetable chili, peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Wash carrots, zucchini, celery and bell bell pepper.

Finely slice the carrots, zucchini and celery, remove the core from the bell bell pepper and dice. Now put all ingredients in the slow cooker (cans completely with liquid), add spices and stir.

Cook with the lid closed for about 4 hours on HIGH. At the end of the cooking time, stir again and season to taste.
