For the figs wrapped in Parma ham, mix the honey with the wine. Quarter the figs and cut the prosciutto in half lengthwise.

Wrap the figs in the Parma ham and place on a baking tray with baking paper. Roast in the oven at 160° degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Drizzle with a little honey-port wine mixture and insert a toothpick into each fig. Serve figs wrapped in Parma ham while still warm.
