Instructions:

For filled Easter eggs with chocolate, first carefully poke a hole in one side of the eggs with a needle. Shake eggs and let contents run out. Rinse the inside of the shells with boiling hot water and allow to drain.

For the filling, heat the whipping cream. Melt the dark and light chocolate into the whipped cream, stirring throughout. Allow the mixture to cool. Beat the soft butter until creamy.

Pour in sugar beet syrup and liqueur. Stir butter into melted chocolate. Pour the creamy mixture into a piping bag with a nozzle. Then fill the empty eggs with it. Shake the eggs a little bit.

Allow the chocolate-filled Easter eggs to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
