For the filled pancakes prepare the pancake dough and bake 10 pancakes.

Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and marjoram and bind it with the egg. Finely chop the onion and parsley, sauté in a pan and add to the minced meat.

Spread the mixture into the pancakes, roll them up and coat with breadcrumbs. Bake slowly in a pan with hot oil.

Remove the finished pancakes from the pan, drain briefly and serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
