For the wraps: Beat skim milk with egg, add a little salt and stir in flour. Bake 6 small wraps from the dough in a non-stick pan without oil. For the filling: mix cream cheese with low-fat yogurt and lemon juice until smooth, mix in horseradish.Spread one sixth of the cream cheese mixture on each wrap, top with a slice of smoked salmon and roll up. Cut each roll in half diagonally, cut the bottom end straight and arrange upright on a serving platter and garnish the filled wraps with dill.
