Instructions:

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Beat yolks, yogurt, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, slowly add oil. Stir in flour and baking powder. Fold in the snow.

Spread on a baking tray and cover with halved apricots.

Bake at 180 °C for approx. 25 minutes.

Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
