For the fire pan chop onions into very fine strips, garlic into slices. Wash bell bell pepper, remove stalk and seeds and cut into narrow strips. Cut zucchini into narrow strips. Cut chili peppers with seeds into fine rings.

Cut the meat into narrow strips, salt and coat in flour, tap off excess flour.

Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a frying pan and brown the meat over high heat. Remove and set aside.

Add 2 tbsp oil to frying pan and stir-fry garlic and onions for 30 sec. Add bell bell pepper, chili and zucchini and continue to fry for 2 min.

Extinguish with soy sauce and 3 tbsp. water. Add meat and heat briefly. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.

Decorate the fire pan with the plucked basil leaves.
