For the fish Florentine style, defrost the spinach leaves, cut them smaller and defrost them completely. Mix the spinach with a finely chopped clove of garlic, salt, pepper and grated nutmeg and pour into the baking dish of the deep fryer.

Rub fish fillets on both sides with salt and a little lemon juice and place them side by side on the bed of spinach leaves. Spread the roasted potatoes on top and cover everything with the grated cheese.

Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes until the surface is brown and serve.
